Schedule of Events
A typical evening begins with cocktail music upon arrival of your guests, followed by your Grand Entrance. Cutting of the Cake is followed by your Toasts and Blessings, then music during dinner service. Next are the Father and Bride, Mother and Groom dances, Bride and Groom's first dance, and Bridal Party dance, followed by a period of open dance for all guests. The Garter Toss and Bouquet Toss are followed by the Bridal or Money dance as appropriate. The reception carries on with open dance to the end of the evening at a pre-determined time.
While this is a typical schedule, it may not be yours. We will work together to set a schedule that meets your needs. Selection of your songs is also a personal choice that should reflect your style and personality. Grand Entrance selections have ranged from Pachelbels Canon in D, to the Imperial Deathmarch. A song that played the night you met may be your first dance as husband and wife. The choice is yours.
